First of all I need to say Thank you to Father Paitoon Homjinda who allowed us to take photo in Holy Rosary church and also let me show all those photo in y website. Then thanks to K.Joy for her help too.
Holy Rosary church (or วัดแม่พระลูกประคำ – กาลหว่าร์ (Thai name) This church was estrablished since after Ayutthaya Kingdom was destroyed by Myanmar. It was built by Protuguese who could escaped from Myanmar ’s prison camp in that time. But the current church (3rd church was built since King Rama V, Rattanakosin Kingdom). In this church there are very special and valuable things that you must see, Holy Mary and The son and The Body of Jesus. All those statues are more than 200 years old now. Then you will see the 14 windows that show you the 14 steps of Jesus before his death. Anyways it still have a lot of interesting things such as mosaic glasses above each windows, the statue of Saints and Angels and etc. This church will bring you happyness and holyness.
I really recommend you to visite and ask more detail about the history with Father Paitoon. Then don’t forget to see Holy Mary and The Son and The Body of Jesus. And sorry If I give you any wrong information.
